Tuna and Chickpea Salad


2 15 oz cans of chickpeas (garbonzo beans) drained
1 9oz can of tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup of finely chopped celery
1/4 cp finely chopped onion
2 Tbl chopped fresh parsley
1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette, or other vinaigrette dressing
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 medium tomato, diced


In a bowl, combine beans, tuna, celery, onion, parsley, dressing, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add tomato, stir gently. Makes 3-4 servings.
