Macaroni Salad

4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup grated carrot
2 tablespoons chopped pimento peppers


Boil the macaroni according to package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
